TIBCO needed a series of HTML emails promoting its LogLogic software. The content needed to be segmented out into several distinct audiences, each with their own needs the software could solve. The biggest challenge was that no one person at TIBCO could describe the full story of the software and all its benefits. So, I rolled up my sleeves and interviewed several people and combined all their perspectives into one cohesive story for each audience. The result? A beautifully designed email with varying content to tell a robust and compelling story.
